Terms of Service

1. Service Provider
These terms govern the services provided by Miłosz Stachaczyk, trading as Delivery Bridge (sole proprietorship / JDG, NIP: 972-127-90-66), based in Poznań, Poland.
2. Service Description
Delivery Bridge provides the following professional services:
- IT consulting and process audits for organizations
- Agile transformation consulting and coaching
- Workshops (Scrum, PRINCE2, product management)
- Technical interview assessment for IT candidates
- 1:1 career mentoring for individuals in IT
- Career Shift Programs for career changers entering IT
- Self-paced digital courses (JIRA, SQL)
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Services are confirmed upon receipt of written agreement (email or contract) and, where applicable, advance payment. Specific pricing, scope, and timelines are agreed individually for each engagement.
For digital courses and self-paced products, payment is required in full before access is granted. Invoices are issued as VAT invoices in accordance with Polish tax regulations.
Payment terms for consulting engagements are specified in individual service agreements. Default payment term is 14 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
For 1:1 mentoring sessions and consultations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed session rate.
For workshops and group programs, cancellation terms are specified in the individual agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
For digital course purchases, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, templates, course content, and methodologies created or delivered by Delivery Bridge remain the intellectual property of Miłosz Stachaczyk unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their own internal business purposes. Resale, redistribution, or publication of any materials without written consent is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Clients are expected to treat any proprietary methodologies or unpublished materials shared during engagements as confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
Delivery Bridge provides consulting advice and recommendations based on experience and available information. We are not liable for business decisions made by clients based on our advice.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the provision of services shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poznań, Poland.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
